Terms of Service

Draft of 18 October 2026. It must be reviewed by a lawyer before anyone relies on it.

The service

Pizza is a small, private community for sharing everyday moments with people you know. It is provided free of charge and as is, without any warranty, and it may change, pause or end at any time.

Who can join

You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts are created only through an invite from an existing member, and each account belongs to one person.

Your content

You own what you post. You give the service a license to store it and show it to the audience you choose, and to keep the copies needed to run the service, such as backups, which age out within 7 days of deletion.

Acceptable use

Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, don't impersonate anyone, and don't try to break, overload or get around the service's security. Admins may remove content that breaks these rules.

Ending your account

You can export your data and delete your account at any time in Settings. Admins may disable an account that breaks these terms.

Admins

Admins are members of the group who run the service. They can disable accounts, remove content and issue account recovery links, which let a locked-out member set up a new passkey. Recovery links are recorded and the member is told when one is used.
